「ふじやす水産」を創業
創業者・平木xxが海の恵みを、もっと多くの人に届けたい。新鮮で安心な魚を通じて、地域の食卓を豊かにし、笑顔を増やす魚屋を目指そうと藤沢市に「ふじやす水産」を創業しました。
法人化し「有限会社 藤安水産」を設立
お店の信頼性向上と社会的信用の確保、さらに従業員の採用を安定させるため、法人化し「有限会社 藤安水産」を設立しました。
藤沢駅北口へ移転
藤沢駅周辺の都市開発の影響を受け、店舗を藤沢駅北口へ移転しました。より多くのお客様に利用しやすい環境を整えました。
「ふじやす食堂」をオープン
魚屋が本気で作った、鮮魚料理の食堂が2階にオープンしました！
毎朝市場で目利きした魚を、その日のうちに調理。
刺身、煮付け、焼き魚…素材の良さを最大限に引き出した料理を提供しております。
二代目就任
二代目平木高広が先代の意思を受け継ぎ就任しました。一尾一尾に心を込めて。目利きと包丁の腕で勝負する、昔ながらの魚屋の良さを現代に伝えていきます。

藤沢駅北口へ移転
